Turn the Internet Explorer toolbar into a work of art!
Note: This feature is only available for Internet Explorer 5.
Download this application from Microsoft here. Run the download, close Internet Explorer, then start it up again.
Click on the browser skin you want to download the Zip file. Choose a location you will remember (the desktop is best) and unzip into "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\Bitmaps". Choose Toolbar Wallpaper from the Tools menu and pick your skin. Best used with 800x600 resolution.
